The Nintendo Switch was the best-selling console worldwide with 360,438 consoles sold for the week ending May 23, according to VGChartz estimates. 

The PlayStation 4 was the second best-selling console with sales of 209,185 consoles sold. This was followed by the Xbox One with 83,000 units, and the Nintendo 3DS with 7,885 units. 

Nintendo Switch sales compared to the same week a year ago are up 187,749 units (108.72%). The PlayStation 4 is up 10,474 units (5.27%), the Xbox One is up 40,683 units (96.14%), and the 3DS is down 11,938 units (-60.22%).
