So Switch has just pulled off something only the Wii and DS have ever done before. Wowzer.

Going into this holiday the Switch had all the momentum with the Switch Lite, Pokemon Sword and Shield, Luigi's Mansion 3, and all of the previously released AAA games. I had predicted it would have the best holiday this generation only being topped by the peak years of the Wii and DS. First half of 2020 should be stronger than 2019 thanks to Animal Crossing.
