I follow the thread, but don't have much to say that often since I rarely play any new releases. I did start Nier: Automata yesterday and I'm very much loving it already, though I'm still not far into it.

Boy what a ride you have ahead.

Nier Automata is unlike anything else, and is amazing in so many levels.

I wish I could replay it for the first time, what an experience.

Enjoy every second out of it!

I'm planning to. I'm a huge fan of Yoko Taro's work, and I've played several of his previous games, including the original Nier so I've been really looking forward to this one. Just haven't had time to start before.

I literally started and finished it last week, dear lord it's such a good fucking game, wish I played it sooner to be honest... @Darashiva make sure you do all three playthroughs for the full story though, it just gets better and better as it goes on! Also, the soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal, without a doubt one of the best this gen has to offer!

Yeah, that was my plan, especially since multiple playthroughs are pretty much the norm when it comes to Taro's work, whether it's the Drakengard games or the first Nier. I knew the soundtrack was exceptional already, but it is pretty much the same people who composed the first Nier so that was to be expected anyway.
