Fire Emblem: Three Houses released late in the month, but debuted in the charts regardless, pushing out the two games that were previously tied at rank 20 (1-2-Switch, Picross S). Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order was only added by two members; what can be partly at fault here is that many people think of MUA3 as third party game when it actually isn't one. The Picross series saw another entry on short notice, but the Kadokawa license (Overlord) didn't motivate anyone to take the plunge; or maybe it's just that Fire Emblem: Three Houses took priority.

August sees the release of the anticipated new IP Astral Chain.



Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.
