I'm not sure if I understand your question. You want to eat healthy meat? Then you probably shouldn't eat cheap fastfood or packaged meals. Try fresh meat that's low on fat. Or even better, eat fish instead of meat.
Also, don't eat more than 500g of meat/fish per week.
Alright so, avoid packaged frozen foods then , I do love fish but I heard from some website last year that any seafood is bad from any grocery store that it has some high cholesterol? I'm unsure if where can I get fish from ? Any places I can get fresh fish and not fish left in front of display for 12 hours in in grocery store :(
