No doubt about it, as proven by his nationalistic speech to the Chinese people, whom he'll most likely screw over in the process.

Saying China is willing to fight a bloody battle to regain it's position just screams warmongering.

First Putin and now this guy. The Cold War's returned, and now World War III is on the horizon. -_-
