2 "gbit" should be roughly 238.4 Megabytes per second as there are 8 bits in a byte.
10gbit should be 1,192 Megabytes per second.
The Samsung 950 Pro 512GB will sit at around 250 Megabytes per second with random writes, 650 Megabytes per second with sequential writes.
I would even opt for 4x of them in Raid.
The fact you are maxing out even fast SSD's is nuts.
You could load your rig up with a ton of Ram. 128GB of the stuff. Make a Ram drive. :P Then you won't have any bottlenecks.
