Season 1 is good, 2 is awesome, 3 is meh, 4 is crap and 5 is on par if not better than Season 2.

Could always just watch the premiere, mid-season finale & finale for Season 3 and 4

Definitely wouldn't say 5 is better than 2. Prometheus is pretty good, but nothing beats Deathstroke.
