This masterpiece took some time to grow on me. It didn't make a big impression on me the first time I played through it, as I was annoyed by the constant need to go around doing all sorts of sidequests (well I guess you can't call them sidequests if they're mandatory, but still) in order to progress in the game - and when I play a game for the first time, I usually just want to be able to progress in the main story any time. However, I knew I would enjoy Majora's Mask to its fullest whenever I came back to play it again, and it happened indeed. Reliving the experience on the 3DS was absolutely amazing and just showed me how much of a masterpiece this game is - even if it still doesn't suit me as much as a couple other Zelda games.
