The rhythm game fad of the late 2000s produced a crapload of titles between the two reigning franchises of the genre back then, and while they all mostly played the same and just featured different songs, Rock Band 2 is definitely the one that stood out the most to me. This game was absolutely phenomenal - even though it was essentially the same as its predecessor, only made bigger, better and prettier, and there's nothing wrong with that. Personally, it had a huge impact on me, as it was also the first console game where I really got into the online stuff, and while it lasted it was amazing. In fact, I believe the main reason why I stopped playing this and other rhythm games back then was because nature (yeah, nature) stopped my Xbox 360 from being able to connect to the Xbox Live. But still, thinking about this game still brings back a lot of great memories.
