We're due for vgc to fix their method of approximating their xb1 numbers going forward. Overdue in fact considering the massive failure in accuracy. What will people do with no more broken numbers to pin their hopes on? :)

people are blowing out of proportion the inaccuracy of VGchartz.

Their numbers are respectable.

Constantly overtracking the X1 and undertracking the PS4 are hardly respectable. Overtracking the X1 in April by almost 100% is egregious.

You really need to get your head out of the sand and start facing the facts. Your console of preference is struggling and even in its strongest market, it is getting significantly outsold by its competitor.

11 % is not significant.

You have no evidence for the 11% difference. The fact that you have not presented evidence for that percentage after so long signifies that you're merely fabricating this number.

Xbox One being outsold in the US by 0.5 million (2.5 million vs 3 million), which is 20% of the X1's total sales. So yes, 20% is very significant considering that this is US-only. In Europe, it's being totally demolished, being outsold by a 4-to-1 ratio. If the X1 could not outsell the PS4 in March despite the Titanfall bundle selling for $449, what makes you think that the X1 will actually catch up? A $399 Kinect-less SKU is a total ripoff in comparison to the bundle. When subtracting the costs of the game and Kinect, the projected price of the standalone console is $289.
