Yeah pretty much all the forums I read through has people in the west that really want it.  I really thought they would have tried to put it out on launch day of ps4 in NA and EU to have the complete PS ecosystem. I mean ps4, Vita, and VitaTV all compliment each other so there really is no point not to release it worldwide at some point, imo.
