I mean, dude went crazy and shot up some people... it's unfortunate, but it's not rare... and definitly not representative of policy decisions.
The only real question is how the hell did they let a guy who just had a breakdown before this have a gun.
A question that's been overlooked largely due to overwhelming... just weirdness.
