I have been planning this for a while and have finally come up with the suitable rules. Firstly you must have signed up from December 1st 2009-November 30th 2010 to gain a vote, you need to have at least 100 points on your profile, and if you are voted for and it is an alt account (and you created your original account before December 1st 2009) then you need to notify as you will secure the title by cheating. The top 32 that are voted for will be entered into the Tourney which is of course familiar to many on this site. So enjoy and vote for your favourite user between those dates. I shall save my vote until the end of this first part of the competition.
