Why the PlayStation brand name is the strongest brand name in video games

the scary part is while the Wii is by far the strongest console on the market, the PlayStation does still have a stronger brand name. I still hear "I;m going to play my PlayStation." I never really hear another console in that phrase. Its either PlayStation or just Video Games.
