But really, sega4life suggested that I limit the clan to only those that have mics.  I thought that was a bit unfair, so instead I decided to just give those without mics a little incentive to pick one up.

Btw, the official PlayStation headset that comes with Socom rocks.  It's probably the best bluetooth headset I've used, and they way it syncs to the XMB is great.
