Do you mean the underwater screenshots wasnt in the 360/ps3 version?

end of core gaming days prediction:

E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

E3 2010- Tape runs out

Nope, they haven't added screens for them. I don't think it's hd, because the ps360 screens are only 720p, and the wii ones are over. Thank god it isn't. I don't want the game running at 30fps.

Now Im thinking now what the Wii version of Star Wars Force Unleashed really looks like, though I dont mind even its only a high end GC graphics.

So, this game takes place between the events of SWIII and SWIV?

Who´s the guy you control?

Im glad I have all three systems plus a PC. Shovelware like this just gets heaped higher and higher... GOD!

:)

Tease.

@JC:
Yes, it takes place between III and IV.

You control a secret apprentice of Darth Vader (which is kind of strange, since there are only supposed to be 2 Siths at any time, well maybe he's just a normal apprentice) that's send out on a mission to disrupt the resistance army or something like that.
Should be an interesting story. There's quite a time gap between 3 and 4, at least some 25 years or so. (assuming Luke is around 25 in 4).

Thanks for the answers, Benga.

This might be the first SW title I´m looking forward to in a loooooong time.

Those screens would look really good if they didn't have all that boring Star Wars imagineering crap on them.

Um the resoultion is 1000 x 635. I don't think it's wii unless they made the first game over 480p for the wii.

Huh? All the pictures from the OP are all 640 x 400 when I check the properties. The wii can do 640 x 400 natively without upscaling. Some pictures in this post may exceed that, but not the opening 4.

Hmmm...  but they do have a view full size image, and those are higher res.  I'm not sure...  but the wii should be able to do them at 640 x 400 (or x 480) at 60 fps if they do it right.

The PS2 version will be a downgraded Wii version.

The developer said that the Wii version would be the ultimate version.

But I find it hard to believe these are Wii screenshots. If so the game is much better than I thought. I planned to buy it for the HD console I'll eventually buy, but if this is what the Wii version looks like I think I'll take Wiimote lightsaber controls.

These released screenshots can easily be done on the Wii.  You can tell because the level of detail is really low compared to what the Xbox360 and PS3 can handle.  The textures aren't quite as sharp and the poly count is clearly lower than what the X360 and PS3 can handle.  And I don't believe the Wii version is "just a port" of the PS2 version.  They're being built simultaneously, but by different teams, so the Wii version will be far more than "just a port."  The team is able to optimize for the Wii.  They're being built based off a similar core design, no doubt, but the Wii team is able to do more than the PS2 team.
