Your video is not a counter argument, since I use the transition scene for my point where I already told you how the loading is done.

I can go the same path as you and say that MDK has no loading times, at all, because you run through a long tunnel between sections.

Or even argue that Resident Evil 1 has no loading times, because you look at a door opening animation.

Because you don't see a loading screen doesn't mean that games has no loading times. Every game has them! It depends on how you mask them. Stop making a fuss about this and move on.

And stop calling me or my comments dishonest, since you have absolutely no clue about what masking loading times is all about.

You continue being dishonest. I never said there was no loading. I said there was barely any. From a player point of view, as I explained in later comments, they’re non-issues because they handled them in such a way that the game doesn’t feel much different from the earlier titles in the series.

Now, please continue trying to tell me what I know or not. I find it pathetic but amusing at the same time.

Because, if you continue spinning it this way, then you will have to say that the N64 games had loading because, hey, that’s the nature of computer hardware. But that is clearly not what I was pointing out in my first comment.

I'm coming from a neutral perspective and Dude I think it's time to take the L here. You're clearly back pedalling at this point.

That's not helpful. Ideally, you'd be able to compare the two based on various criteria.

I, for example, love both franchises and there are entries in each series I dislike. FFVII is one of the FF games I love, whereas OOT is one of the entries in the Zelda series I personally find horribly overrated.

I know it isn't Ideal. That is one reason I don't review or evaluate Zelda, because I know it is a great game that I wouldn't do justice when evaluating. Thus I prefer to honestly say I prefer one because I don't care much about the other, there may be one time when I'll try to play it though =p.

Perhaps during the transition to PS5 I'll have low backlog and may try zelda.

Yeeeeah, that's the thing. People assume me being critical of OOT is a show that I hate it or something. I don't, it's still, even for me, a 7.5 or 8.0 out of ten, it is still a GOOD game, but I just don't think it's held up at all and even then I thought it was a little underwhelming. yeah, it did have to compete with the limitations of the technology at the time and compared to its contemporaries it did really well...but like its contemporaries it really didn't age well. at all. I can't go back and play OOT anymore, it's just slow and janky and frustrating. if I look at it from a lens of 1998, sure it's impressive. But it was woefully outclassed by Wind Waker just a few years later.

you know, the Zelda a vocal group people hated for being toony, even though that game holds up as well as Link to the Past.

I can understand that.

I could play happy SoulReaver and FFIX on PS3 without any enhancement, but certainly several other games I would totally avoid because although I loved them at that time the me from today have seem many other stuff and the visuals or clunk controls wouldn't allow me to enjoy that nostalgia trips (and yes playing a SNES/Genesis game can still be satisfying as 2D games have progressed quite less than open world 3D games).

Those are opinions. Except for the 3 CD rom part.  That part is a fact.

Grab a chair and sit down. Those are professional opinions. Hard Facts.

"Those are opininons" That's what you call a conversation killer. Not going to get into another dumb argument with you, so I would say "Respect those opinions."

You just referred to the statements as opinion and fact in the same sentence.  I'm sorry, those are mutually exclusive categories.  It can be one or another. Not both.

Because someone is paid to give an opinion does not somehow make it a fact as professionals can come to different conclusions.

Edit:  Also note that these statements were made prior to Ocarina of Time's release (assuming this was the original box art).  Even if it was a fact that FF7 was the greatest game at that time that would be irrelevant to this topic.

I referred to the box art because it in fact made those statements. That's hard for you to understand?

Actually, yes it is.  So please clarify.  What are you saying is a fact?

Professional opinion collectively has OOT as a better game.
