I think the chances of Microsoft acquiring Techland just shot up...

If Techland goes public though, I'd say the chances become close to 0.

We will see what the CEO wants to do but given how much of a mess the studio is in, he might be more inclined to sell.

Microsoft would need to fix the leadership, give them a long delay to avoid crunch and promise bonuses so nobody else leaves, 50 employees leaving so quickly is pretty bad.

If they go public, EA will probably buy them. After all, EA is like the only major publisher left who doesn't have a zombie franchise lol

Gotta get with the times.

Apparently, only AC and one other game we're seeing tomorrow has been shown on an Xbox stage before.

It's a weird statement, I guess he's implying we will see franchises that haven't been associated with Xbox and/or new IP's.

But not this one? Wut.

Well ya, Valhalla only just got announced, so they never had a chance to show it before lol

Also, suck it Ryu! I totally posted some Phil Spencer tweets before you did!

You're losing it man.

So, he says that the games will be from old franchises that haven't appeared in an xbox stage before? Am i reading this right?

Well new IP is always exciting, unless it's small time shit, but hopefully, with this being the first time we're seeing next gen gameplay footage, they've picked some good showcases.

What are some big franchises that have never appeared in a Xbox conference?
