Chinese company Vastking is showing off a new tablet with an 8 inch full HD display, an Intel Apollo Lake processor, and up to 6GB of RAM... and it has joy-cons that can attach to the sides of the tablet. Other features include a USB Type-C port, a USB 3.0 port, a micro HDMI port, a headset jack, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, a 2MP front camera, and a 7.6V 3,400 mAh battery that the company says should offer up to 4 hours of run time.

Hah, they weren't even trying to be subtle here. I wonder if a lawsuit from Nintendo will ensue.

Nintendo is doomed!

I shall dub it...

The Niniendo Reversal.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

They're just fucking joycons! It isn't even subtle! They're Joycons. But man, it's packing quite a punch in power over Switch. But there have been tons of devices like this, Switch has been the only successful one so far. Shouldn't be any different with this one.

Plagiarism is a form of flattery.

It even has the SL/SR buttons. They could have improved the sliding rail system by making it from the bottom. But if you notice all the connectors are at the top of the tablet, charging wont be a problem. And the stand does seem to be more robust.

here is another one, the Morphus X300:

presented in oct 2015 - wait that's an entire year before Nintendo first showed the Switch, China can copy the future!

It lacks what is the main sales driver of the Switch - Nintendo's games.

China doesn't give a crap. When in the future, they'll make state of the art tech and someone else copies it. They'll make sure to bomb them with lawsuits or literal bombing.

Not a big deal. Every system is copied
