I hate headsets personally. I also hate talking to other people in games because when I hear my own voice it sounds wierd.
Do you know what its like to live on the far side of Uranus?

It really adds to the experience so its hardly an inconvenience to get 1. |
true, but the reason i dont have one is because to me there aren't that many people with mics and none of my friends have mics so i will be talking to pretty much strangers so i guess there is not much i can do with i mic besides show it off
Naaaaaay
I agree, playing online is so much better with a headset anyway, I will not play online without one, I like PSN better then XBL, but I still play on live because everyone has a headset, PSN should follow, its the best way to play, you can play together and use tactics with team mates this way, with out a head set, its like having sex with a limp dick , does not work to well, its much better for both parties hard, hope you get it,

I know how that goes. I sound rather monotone because I'd rather avoid any yelling or anything on a mic. I'd also rather not be on my mic unless it's important. Due to other people where I'm at and whatnot, unless it's a friend or something important, I'd rather just not wear a headset.

Like others are saying, MAG doesn't require a headset. I've been in games where there nobody was using a mic and we all worked together and pushed into SVER's Sabotage map and overpowered objectives A and B leaving objective C to fall soon after, thus giving us our much deserved victory and we were on Raven no less.
Still, having a headset can be an important tool for organizing teamwork since it's not like all games will be like that. However, it's not like all games will have people will be focused on using the headsets to strategize so whether or not you use the headset is up to you. If the people on your team are serious about teamwork, it'd be in the best interests of the team to do what you can to help out.
I agree, Its total BS. Im sure If I would actually consider buying the gayest PS3 exclusive of all time, maybe to rent, but having 256 players with mics? Really, not everyone has a mic. Mine broke and im saving for a brand new one. This is the ps3 exclusive i dont like. Motostorm, LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted, and the rest all rock!
This is stupid! you can wear a headset and mute it or make farting sounds!
It won't add anything at all
