It's spelled Tomodachi. Also some people get confused because the other game was Tamagotchi Connection, this is Tomodachi Collection, quite similar.

Damn that's confusing.

Wow! Wii HW seems quite high for Japan. Really good to see. Would be great to see it settle into that range.

The holiday tail this year seems to be much longer. HW is still dropping, probably a couple more weeks before it fully settles. We'd have a clearer picture if Famitsu played nice and started giving their numbers again. Why did they stop?

They still give them out but i think they come.. like, 5 days later than before.

PSP tops hardware. Well done there. Bigger gap between PS3 and Wii than I was expecting.

MW2 is the highest selling PS3 game on that list if I'm not mistaken. Impressive. Forget MW2 worldwide sales, its penetration of the Japanese market is the real news. Is this game finally going to pave the way for the success of other Western games in Japan?

I often wonder if many FPS, other western games, and X360 games in general are just mainly sold to Westerners living in Japan for business and such. When sadly, a few tens of thousands sold makes you visible on the charts in Japan, it's not hard to imagine this being the case.
