Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Capcom: 'If you make a good game, people will buy it'

Not necessarily. There are a lot of great games that didn't sell that well

Make a good game.
Make a unique experience.
Make sure people know about it.

That is how you sell on the Wii.

Often people forget about at least one -- if not two -- of these requirements.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

And being unique is one of the hardest things in gaming, since you can't just top what the other people are doing.

No.

I don't think those kinds of posts are allowed. I'm not kidding. You should have at least four words or it looks like hit and run trolling (and if that is what you are doing, people will report you).

"I've never heard of this guy; maybe he's a Wii rookie."

Where do we look up his work?

I got no problem. Report me.

The answer is simply no. Thats all I need to say.

It's not. The thread is a statement, not a question. We need to know what specific thing you are saying that to.

This guy is right.

Capcom's fantastic puzzle aventure game, Zack and Wiki, is still selling phenomenally.

I do not for a second think you care for why I would decided to say no.

I hope you're doing your sarcasm thing, since regardless of what some think of that game, it didn't have loads of appeal. Besides, he didn't claim the games would be a hit, just people would buy them, and the game has sold well for a niche genre.

"I do not for a second think you care for why I would decided to say no."

I wouldn't have asked if I didn't care. So you assuming my thoughts was completely wrong.

For the record, a lot of crap games make money on the Wii.

Why can't the medicore garbage from Capcom do the same? Someone go blog about that.

You wanted to point out that I was trolling.

At times, I believe that a one word answer is better than a multiple word answer. This would be one of those times.
