Forums - Nintendo Discussion - how many hours are u supposed to finish twilight princess??

Played all console Zelda's and this one took me 48 hours, but I love to wander trough Hyrule field without a clear goal. I don't have 100% but most hearts, all Poe's and bugs.

Loved this one, hope we see a(nother) Wii Zelda sometime. It's time for a 2 Zelda system again.
NES 2
SNES 1
N64 2
GC 1 (and yeah I don't count 4swords)

Phantom Hourglass was fun, but it's not in my top 5. I checked again and my save file was actually 38 hours. I'd remembered it wrong, sorry. Still, that's by far the fastest I've ever completed a Zelda game at 100%. It helps that I've played and beaten all Zelda games (except CD-i) and they repeat puzzles some. In fact, there were some puzzles in TP that were in aLttP.

I loved the freshness PH brought to the series, thusit's my favorite so far. I agree, Twilight Princess kinda recycles some puzzles from Ocarina of Time and some other Zelda cliches. It's my 3rd favorite after Majora's Mask...

Took me about 40-ish hours...

im stuck where you need to get the girls into the other village with the burning car stuff. never been so annoyed with zelda controls ever before. that bow aiming from the horse is really annoying especially with trying to shoot the flying bomb droppers. so i sopped and didnt bother to return. same happened in the fire temple. lost interest there too, then at lake hylia, now at this point. maybe will get back to it. really shit controls though.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Wha...? That part's easy. It's not the controls. You just suck

Soriku, that is quite possible as well. I guess I should just give up and get back to games like English Trainer, Nintendogs and Endless Ocean for my gaming joy.

I gotta agree with Soriku.  Twilight Princess is a really easy game, and the smooth controls only make it easier. I can't say that I ever remember dying in Twilight Princess.

i took about 70-80 hours for a 100% file
