I was so excited for WKC two years ago.

With all the delays, and ME2 and Bioshock 2 hitting at the same time, I wonder if it is worth looking in on now?

What sort of reviews is the Western version getting? I recall it disappointed a bit in the East.

The reviews from back then were not very good, but they made a lot of changes and adjustments to the game (hence the additional title and long delay). It redeems the game in many ways. I know I'm fairly excited for it and anyone who liked the old Phantasy Star Online games should as well. It's basically that system but slower and turn based.

WKC will be great. The story won't be of FF caliber but good enough. From what I do know of the story already its B- Movie/game quality.

The gameplay on the other hand will assuredly be top notch.

Star Ocean The Last Hope, Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery, Eterenal Sonata, Cross Edge, Disgaea 3. WKC will undoubtedly be better than ALL of these. On par with the likes of Tales of Vesperia, Valkyria Chronicles.Basically the only JRPGs better will be FFXIII,Demon's Souls.

Well with Tales of V i hear it is one of(if not THE) best story in the series with a great cast of characters.

FFXIII, meh, could go either way. SE has been revealing a lot of things about XIII i dont like. I love having to dig for story elements that are not just laid out in front of you. If there are no side quests or NPCs then thats a no go. I think that turns me off the most.  Yet I still think it will be great.
