I use my DS mostly when I am traveling. As such, the XL would be the perfect model for me. Too bad I brought a DSi in november and now it seems to early to buy another one.

The only thing I would use in XL is the bigger stylus. Maybe I'll buy one separately when it comes out.

No, the XL was made for the aging population of Japan who couldn't see the smaller screen or hit the smaller buttons. My DSLite works perfectly fine so why would I upgrade to an old person's handheld.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

Also, the buttons, including the D-pad are actually the same size as on the DSi.

Nop...I just bought a Dsi and it's big enough for me. At this size anyway it's not really a portable gaming device for me. I nealy as big as a old sega GameGear lol...
