I think they won't release GT5 until the Holidays. Now that it's been delayed so many times, they might as well put it out when it's needed the most, since Sony's Holiday lineup is quite thin compared to the first half of 2010.

Btw, NJ5 do u understand/speak Spanish?

only had 1 official release date, for 1 region, delayed once, in that region..................or am I missing something

I think this time he means it, even though in 2007 he said it would come out in 2008...

However I still don't know if we should expect it in summer or holiday of 2010...

link........

It's in the interview I posted earlier. It seems Ars Technica has a translation:

@Slimebeast: In the same way that you understand Danish and Norwegian, probably ;)

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

So last year he lied when he said that it's complete and they could release it anytime? Cool.

In his latest interview he was still under the impression that it was a March 2010 release in Japan meaning that the March delay was most probably not development related. That said I really do hope this is not kept back until holiday 2010, the game will sell whenever it releases and have nice legs.

it's best not to believe what anyone says until you have the game in your hands.

While that would increase sales, I think the racing genre has a better chance to sell more vs. where there are a ton of games coming out during the holidays, including the fps genre. Look at the movie "Avatar", it could of made a lot of money in the summer but did veyr well during the holiday season. GT5 has its own boundaries and it can have very good legs if released in the spring like Mario Kart.

Above I'm a proud Gran Turismo fan, not a Sony fanboy, and now a proud 360 owner, but sharing xbox live accts ATM

End of 2009 Predictions (made Jan 1, 2009): My predictions were pretty accurate, the 360 was over and the Wii was just under.

Wii: 65 mil (yea I'm crazy) 360: 35 mil (its getting there) PS3: 30 mil (the slim better do well)

End of 2010 Predictions (made Jan 7, 2010):

Wii: 81 mil  360: 47 mil PS3: 45 mil

I will not post what I am thinking, simply because I have been banned before for a similar comment.

Just release the damn game this year so I can finally get my hands on it.  That is all I ask!

Well, I don't mean officially delayed, since they haven't announced any official release dates very often. But one must assume that the game's development has taken a lot longer than estimated and their internal targeted release dates probably have been missed several times, don't you agree?
