I think everybody's just giving the 2D Mario + Brain Age combo a few weeks of space. Things start up again later in August with the release of Devil Summoner.

Well One piece managed to get 751 pts. and a 664k opening.  The last resident evil opened to 323k in japan. I do not think it can surpass it but  I think a 500k opening is possible.

Resident Evil 6 73 days left = 220 points
One Piece  46 days left = 114 points
One Piece 30 days left = 170 points

Seems like RE 6 can surpass One Piece, but we never know.

Btw, Resident Evil 5 released in march 2009, so the userbase was a lot smaller than today(or compared to march 2012, when One Piece was released)

RE6 will become only the third game to reach 1m sales on PS3 in Japan. Quite a feat, but a bit sad, considering that 19 games did it on PS2.

Final Fantasy xiii-2 is already at 850k so it will be the 4th 1m sales in japan voor RE6

and i think it will be bigger then one piece but is there any special ps3 bundly like the bronze one piece ?
