Resident Evil 4
Both were revolutionary for their respective franchises and were very controvertial but very refreshing.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
Of the decade? Hard x.x
Some of my favorites: Zelda TP, Mario Galaxy.. Smash.. God of War.... NSMBW of course.
03/10/09 HUGE day in my life:
FFX was great when i played it at launch, but when i replayed last year, not so great anymore but still prob my fav of the decade.
Deus Ex, Half-Life 2 or perhaps Team Fortress 2 for me. Diablo II (replay value like nothing else ever made) and Baldur's Gate II are also contenders imo.
I can't possibly choose only one so they'll have to share my top spot! 
This includes all games made for systems starting with the PS2 all the way to current gen systems. As well as some late releases from older systems.

Well, I know that, but it does nothing to change the fact that the finest games I've played have mostly all been on PC.
