Forums - Gaming Discussion - Sony and Microsoft exclusives do battle on the same days!!!

Sadly, I only have Mass Effect 2 and Bioshock 2 reserved right now.

Heavy Rain (my apologies given how much I know you dig it!) is a rental for me; I think I might really like it, but am not willing to bet $60 on that.

Splinter Cell looks good too, but I've never been much of a stealth game fan... it's either Shooters or RPGs for me! HAHA.

All 4? Even Heavy Rain?

Wow, what a surprise!

I forgot MAG! Damn I need to try the beta/demo...(sending e-mail home to download tonight...).

January:
ME2 > MAG

February:
SCC > HR, but (HR + WKC + MNR) > SCC

March to Summer:
GOW3 + GT5 + EyePet(?) + Sony Motion Controller & games (?) >>> AW + Crackdown2

Fall:
Halo Reach >>>> all.

MAG and Heavy Rain are going to drown against those titles, but let's hope they do well in their own right.

lol wow!!!!

in both cases I think 360 ones will sell more

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

@ dragonmagician, remember Heavy Rain is not a game, it is a piece of interactive media...

Anyway, for me it is very simple, I didn't like the MAG beta, and I love Mass Effect 1. And then I hate stealth and will be getting Napoleon Total War the week before anyway

Whether or not I get Heavy Rain is still to be decided, the problem is the £110 GoW trilogy, which might make me a little poor

Again I'd like to point out that any game that sells even a half million copies is a big game. I think this just shows again that Sony is working to make sure that they have a large choice of big games in completely different genres as apposed to 1 or 2 big hitters. We've waited for Sony to start pumping out great games and now that it is people are saying it's not a good thing. We as consumers want this battle it forces game makers to work to push the boundries of the respective consoles and their teams at the same time. I for one am gonna have to buy a new TV and full set up so I can have my 360 and ps3 running so I can play all the great games that are coming.

I m the only one to know SCC and ME2 will be released on PC too ...

I m the only one to know that you dont need a 360 to play them ...

NOTE : SCC is not really a stealth game, it is more a stealth Action game compared to the past SC

Time to Work !

I have Splinter Cell reserved but I may not get Mass Effect right away seeing how I haven't played the 1st one yet. I think I'm going to do that after I finish Assassin's Creed II this week.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.
