The only real problem i have besides connection problems is how dark the game is.. Its dark to the point where its hard to even see anything at a distance.. There are not really any shades of gray/black besides complete black. I try turing up the gamma abit but that doesn';t really lightin up the dark areas without making the lighter areas look bad. I do not experence this with other games. Any else having an issue with the black levels?

My TV is on the default game setting with ps3 set to limited

Why do some people wish there was health regeneration?

I hate it. I think it's unnatural. And you have medics to provide you with health.

I agree, it can be a pain to distinguish enemies from the environments especially if they're not marked (as in the red dot above their heads).

I have the in-game gamma setting up all the way which helps, but it can still be hard since the people don't pop out of the environment. The character models need some phong.

Well I finally hit lvl 10 and had one 256 player match. As I'm playing as S.V.E.R. (eastern europe ftw), defending some oil reserves or whatever... Well It took me whole game to start orienting even a little, real chaos, I've killed like 5 of my teammates, because I had no idea what to shoot at (as long as it moves...). But the feeling is incredible, defending some objective with 10 other guys in the hall, granades come flying, smoke, poison, explosive, than enemies start pouring from all entries, now add AAA battery firing and bomber plane droping it's load. Well even Dante Inferno can't picture hell that well. I'm pretty convinced to buy this game now.

MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising

I can't wait to play the level where 256 players are fighting inside of a monster's rectum!

I am actually enjoying MAG now. Seems like the fun kicks up at lvl 10 ( Domination).

Stick with it until level 10...

Agreed. If you don't stick with it until your first 256-player game, you didn't really try it at all. It's crazy. In a good fun way.

The game is extremely awsome and a bunch of fun, especially when your squad is playing well!

Another question. Somebody mentioned that the squads are very isolated from each other. What does that mean exactly? And is there any feeling of war, with hundreds of soldiers on the battlefield?

In a way, it's basically always two squads of 8 soldiers each working on a certain main objective in a 256 match. Atleast that's how objectives usually feel in domination.

And yes, there's a great feeling of war.
