Forums - Gaming Discussion - Do you play multiple games at once?

Currently, I am playing Baten Kaitos Origins, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. I still have FFI, FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX, FFX, Tales of Symphonia, Ratchet and Clank 2 and 3, Jak 2, Jak 3, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Super Mario 64, and Paper Mario to beat/play.

I doubt I'll be able to juggle more than like 5 games at a time. With any luck, I'l have everything finished in a few months.

Pretty hectic, I say.

Well right now I'm playing Castlevania SOTN (first time playing it), Battlefield 1943, Fallout 3 GOTY (just started the first expansion), Left 4 Dead 2, Indigo Prophecy, and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City (finsihed L&D, now playing TBOGT).

Yeah I always have at least two games to switch between. When I buy one game I make sure to buy another game so I'll have something else to play if get bored or stuck in an area.

I got Tomb raider anniversary with Prototype, Assassin's Creed 2 with NSMBWii and REDC, and Zelda spirit Tracks with KH 365/2.

^Now that's a good idea. I might just do that myself and just have 2 games to play per console. So that if I get tired of one game on a console for example: I'm playing Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition on the Wii, I just got tired of playing that game so it would be cool to play like No More Heroes so I can alter between the two.

Good idea! Playing one game really gets tiresome after awhile for me. Even though the game might be awesome, I know probably in a hour or two I will get tired of it and want to play something else.

At the moment I'm playing Need for Speed Shift, Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time and Batman: Arkham Asylum (and restarting Uncharted 2, new PS3 so I've lost save data) on PS3. I also put in GTA 4 from time-to-time, as well as DiRT 2, Pixeljunk Monsters and Battlefield 1943.

So it isn't nothing wrong playing multiple games then. I always thought it was wrong or something was wrong with the game for it not to gravitate your full attention to prevent you from playing other games.

Well it seems some like playing other games and not just one game. That's good to know

Yes, usually 2 or 3 at the very least. If I get stuck and frustrated in one game, I continue to the next game and then get back to the first one, either when I'm ready to try another strategy, or when I get stuck in the 2nd game.

Usually one at a time per system. I only play NSMB Wii with my wife and sneak in a Wiiware game session during halftime of a game I'm watching.

I play half life on the pc, then some racing games on the console. Usually I go to my friends place to play. Because I don't play too many games all the time
