I'm not really sure, but I'd blame the release date.

At the time DA came out, I was like, "no time, Uncharted"

Look at this release schedule a month before
Uncharted 2
Demon soul
Ratchet and Clank
Fallout 3 GOTYE
Borderlands
Tekken 6

and COD2 just a couple days after.

Also interesting to note, is that my buddies that have a 360 bought DA.

I think 360 guys just really like WRPGs as compared to ps3 owners, for some reason.

I think both version came with a free DLC voucher if you preordered. The Mass Effect 2 DLC code doesn't really mean anything for people who only want Dragon Age.

What DLC voucher? I have a code to get the Blood Armor and the Fury of Shale. Even though I picked it up on Black Friday. Was there another voucher?

The Mass Effect armor almost convinced me to get it for the 360 instead of the PS3, but then I remembered that I probably won't get it.

You are so wrong about SONY fans love -->J<---R P G 's because the Dragon Quest series sold more than 90% of it's total sale only in Japan. Very incredible. I think it is more accurate to say SONY fans love FF. I mean FF is great and big no doubt about it, but there a lot more rpgs out there (Japanese or Western) that are not selling at all and they look great.
