@ WOW
his parents didnt know how to raise him, ofcrs a family that doesnt know how to raise a child i would feel sorry for them.

"Okay...

So the 360 kid punched his mother.

The PS3 kid hires a hitman to kill the parents.

What does the Wii kid do when the parents take away the Wii?"

i believe that is ur post ?

@ fazz
u think they did that on perpose ? u dunno how hard it is for a family that has no clue how to raise there child

You not always can blame the parents.

A boy in my street shot a other boy for a sigaret.

That boy who did was well known to be one of the most friendly persons ever.

He had great points, he had a good job, he even works for organisations to help people in Afrika....  And then that kid shot someone else for a stupid sigaret =/.

When I say that kid I mean a person who is 18.

I wouldn't say on purpose, but when parents throw a 17 yo kid out of their house, you can see they are the root of the problems. I would understand if the guy had 21, 22 years and was doing nothing, but 17 is still a kid.

You don't know the reason why he had to move out of the house.

Their can be hundreds of reasons.

Yeah, you can.

They're responsible for pretty much everything during a child's formative years.

Anything less is irresponsibility.

Yeah, and if he had some sort of mental disorders, buying him a Playstation or any videogame wouldn't help a lot. They should've sent him to a mental institution.

And the mother wanting him to be judged as an adult doesn't help a lot on the "parent responsability" matter.

So if you have a kid an when it is 16 it rapes a girl it is your fault?

If it was true what you said then there will be a lof of parents in jail because they didn't raised a child like they should =/.

Edit:  What if you have a kid and it ask you to get a Wii but you don't give him one now because he just got a new bike and you say he gets one for Christmas,

What if the kid steals a Wii?  Then shall wa blame you because you didn't give him what he want?

The parent is at fault for the waste of the child's life that is going to occur as he/she spends time in prison.  The child is legally responsible but I think the general societal viewpoint is that the parent is at least partially to blame for not properly teaching the child right from wrong.

Especially with a crime like rape where the type of person who commits the act is someone who has very little self control, no care for the feelings of others, and is in general a very sick person.  Anyone who raises a child that fits those descriptions has definitely failed miserably.
