I was shocked people didn't see the bold right away, and I will admit I didn't notice the first letter of each paragraph to start with but I did catch it before I read Rol's explanation...I feel smart! =P

Ehmm ... I didn't even notice the bold part

" Wii Bingo 12 hit "

But I know Rol quite well ...

I also lost faith in Nintendo as a developer of top notch first party software after the disapointments their combo of big games (Zelda, Metroid, Mario) has been. Zelda had tacked on controls, Metroid was a streamlined 5 hour game (if you want to see a picture for proof, let's exchange Wii numbers) and not the deep experience I was used to from the Gamecube games, Mario seems to be a totally easy game now (thanks to the casual gamers who can't handle hard games) which can be finished in about 7 hours. I feel betrayed by Nintendo and I am sure that I am not alone, many other longtime Nintendo fans probably feel the same way. Easy games suited for casual gamers is not the way this industry should heading to, I want to play my deep singleplayer games like they used to be. Instead of making games for me, Nintendo develops Wii Fit and other crap which aren't even real games.

hey Rol, are you serious about that 5 hour Metroid game?

EPIC WIN!!

Two things gave it away for me.

1. I know your a total nintendo fanboy who loves metroid. And anyone who loves Metroid knows Nintendo can do no wrong!!!
2. Patcher.

But otherwise it was great reading the responses. Oh, add my wii number below and PM me yours, I'd love to see the screen.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

No, I got the message perfectly, I just I thought it'd be more poetic to school you on a lesson in hypocrisy instead of feeding an endless cycle of giving you excuses to spout unsubstantiated belittling of a console you never had any interest in giving a fair shake to begin with.

And yes, I suppose scientifically the Six-Axis controller could be termed a solid, not a gas, liquid or plasma. But you're still left with the Six-Axis motion controls themselves, goofy ass R2 & L2 Buttons and the wonderful Dualshock 3 debacle, though I forgot, Rumble was last gen wasn't it.  The point is don't spout nonsense about controllers to drive home a point when yours is hardly in any position to brag about.

The rest of your argument is basically just shit talking disguised in the most patronizing manner possible. There is no constructive merit to your posts, just you trying to find excuses to express your displeasurement with the Wii.

Whatever makes you sleep better at night for defending your precious game system of choice.   You didn't school me in anything in all honesty.  And I do stand by my impressions of the wii and the gimmicky motion controls.   No matter what you say to me will not make me change my belief that the control scheme is gimmicky and just not that good.   Plain and simple, I didn't like it.   Smooth moves was fun for what it was, as was the wii bowling.

There you go, taking what I said out of context just to troll about me.  The PS3 controller is a well designed controller that has been around in that style for 3 generations now.  The reason it's still the same shape and many of the same features (soon to have rumble back into it) is because it fits people's hands better then most other controllers would be.  To me it is much more comfortable and not quite so awkward to use.  The six axis controls are fine and do work quite well, but I don't use them that often as I can do better by using the analog stick.  For some motions, yea, it's great.  For others, not so much so.   The r2 and l2 buttons are perfectly fine for me and I like them the way they are.   The point is, don't spout nonsense about a controller you most likely haven't used just to troll and try to flame bait another forum member. :)

Like I said.  I really don't care about the Wii.  It's fine for the party games, but it's not something that I would need to go and play after a long day at work and I want to kill things and people online.  Then I'll pop in Halo 3 or Warhawk and have fun killing people. :)

My pokemon brings all the nerds to the yard. And they're like, "You wanna trade cards?" Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I'll trade this, but not my charizard.

Thats really all you needed to say and he didn't even bother to refute it.

For a second, all the Sony fanboys on this board where like this:
