Going to buy every game in the first week of availability, with the exception of Ratchet & Clank.

But I get help from my brother, so roughly:

22 games : 2 guys = 11 games

11 games : 6 months = 1.83 games/month

1 game costs about 40€ here (thx to importing), so that would be 73€ per month for me. (which is by the way the price for 1 game here in Germany)

This, mein Herr, is not true and I'm sure you know it very well. So please don't exaggerate.

~60€ is the usual price for a new PS3 and/or 360 game in Germany (e.g. Mass Effect 2, Uncharted 2, Ratchet & Clank ACTI, Bioshock 2, Army of TwoTwo, and so on).

Hell LittleBigPlanet even cost 72€ ! and I know a few other PS3 games with a price tag of 70+€

Yes that's the prize tag, Barozi, I know. But you said in the same sentence that you import games for 40€ (this is street prize) and that the same games cost 73€ in Germany (which is the recommend prize at launch for some games). You compared import street prize UK to recommended prize GER. Street prize in Germany for HD console games at launch is ~60€, though.

The problem is that in Germany every store uses the recommended price whereas in the UK you get a 25%-30% discount on everything in every season of the year.

So yeah the recommended price for games in the UK is actually £50 (55€), but no one gives a fuck.
