So I got Left 4 Dead 2 on launch, waited till all my online buddies had it and tried playing.  LAG.  Apparently there were issues that  Valve addressed a week or two later that "fixed" the lag.  No, it stilled lagged.  It even lagged doing using Local Server.  So I haven't really played Left 4 Dead 2 since the beginning of December.  Last night I decided to give it a try again.  NOPE, lag still, even set on Local.  Is anyone else having issues with MASSIVE latency problems?  The game is unplayable online in any capacity, though sometimes it's not too bad with co-op campaign.  Versus and Scavenge are where it lags the most and that was my biggest reason for the purchase.  :(

the game lags on offical dedicated because valve is to cheap to put up the bandwith to support the amount of players playing... Local lags because house hold internet connects don't make good servers.

I get little hitches occasionally especially when an American friend is playing aswell (with Euro host) nothing gamebreaking for me. Some of my friends have said that lag has made games unplayable though even after the patch.

So you still have issues with it then? Because that's what I'm asking. :P

i got same prob :P can never play online so i just play co-op with my neighbor and tell him to come play with me on same xbox :P
