The way to win this is to make a song/act/whatever that is so good it doesn't need the XFactor publicity and popularity selection process to win. Just trying to push a random song for a nominal victory is pointless, the XFactor will still be there to win next year, until it finally declines in popularity.

If you have already bought the album version, buy the live version (19th in the iTunes singles chart) AND the radio edit (about 46th). They are all added together in the end.
