lol, your tires will screech when you are driving fast and you turn... it's pretty simply. Making things worse is that you probably were pressing x, which makes you floor the gas, so your tires WILL SCREECH.

Yes, they do. But the sound is not so uniform. The sound is so bad, so poor, that it's almost as if PD kept the PS1 version sample.

When it comes to driving, well, it's still slightly arcade and I think the physics of this(ese) car(s) is a bit exagerated considering how poorly it behave for a "race" model, but the challenge is interesting.

Cryoakira = Dude. i think you have alot to learn in driving. If you think Gt5 is arcade then you need alot of education.

Oh wow that sounded just like GT5 demo as well as how it slid, the physics do seem a lot better.

I was like the guy who started this fourm at first. I was really mad i couldn't even drive and thought i spun at low speeds. But actually i was wrong. I tried it again, and i was still bad at it. But i also heard they put you on a high difficulty for the driving so the final product I'll be able to change it. Though i decided to drive at 40 mph around the track and no i never spun my car and it never made the tire noises. When i went up to 50 it started to make the noises but didn't spin out badly but turning became harder. So i do think it is very realistic than my first drive through. I just don't think this guy gave it a chance.

 

It's really a lot easier to control the steering input and throttle control with a wheel.

DFGT is really the best bang for the buck wheel. If you can afford it, G25/27 are always better.

 

I noticed the guy in the video didn't even push the car as hard as we do in the game and he spun out with a crash.
People really think that they drove a car 80mph+ on a highway made them a race car driver.

 

PS: He was driving with VDC off which is basically Traction Assist OFF in GT.

I didnt think the demo was horrible, until my PS3 yellow lighted on the third fucking lap, right as I was starting to figure out how to drive. ANGER.
