Galaxy wont be Q1 because 1. to give NSMB more time to hit 10 million and 2. to push sale sin the new fiscal year

Because they don't want to cut its legs out from under it sooner than they have to. Not that they should really worry. 2D Mario clearly caters to a somewhat different audience, so releasing Galaxy 2 would only potentially hurt NSMBWii sales where there is overlap between the two audiences.

Probably the opposite, NSMB Wii would cut the knees out from under galaxy 2, that's why no Galaxy 2 until much later

No, actually they don't want NSMB Wii to hurt Galaxy 2 sales, Galaxy 2 at best will sell as well as Galaxy 1, being too close to NSMB Wii would probably result in its sales falling off
