Microsoft should consider March 2010 XBox 360 price cuts along side FFXIII Western release. The big 360 titles will come out in 2010. Second half of 2010 includes: Natal launch and Halo:Reach in September. It may be the last year the 360 has a chance of staying ahead the PS3 in total console sales.

In that interview Greenberg says that they'll offer more value for money and they'll stay $100 cheaper than PS3. If he isn't farting from the wrong orifice, this should mean that they'll finally include at least essential multiplayer features for free.

Is the OP really believing that there will ever be an interview with a corporate spokeperson where that person is not very confident about his or her company?

we really have to see what Natal can do. It might push consoles  big time for 2010 and the time beyond. The worst case scenario is that this just sells like 6 million worldwide.

And I think it is really hard to say something about 2011 or even later. Gears of War 3 could be released in 2011 for the core gamer and some Natal games for the casuals. This is way too far away to speculate what might happen.

With a price cut, undoubtedly its strongest year yet.

Without, above 2009 but below 2008.

I too think they will only be able to reach that goal with price cuts. The PS3 is clear ahead of the 360 in hardware sales exactly since its price cut, because right now the PS3 simply is the better deal for the money.
Natal will boost 360 sales a little, but with it's late 2010 release it will not be able to save the year alone, so a price cut will probably happen in early 2010 already.

But I think it will be a hard year for the 360 even with price cuts. 2010 is going to be a huge year for the PS3, with things like Heavy Rain, Modnation Racers, Gran Turismo 5, God of War 3 etc. coming up. And of course the Playstation Wand, which probably won't be quite as successful as Natal, but with it's much earlier release it will probably still outsell Natal at least in 2010.
