Forums - Nintendo Discussion - righting the ship - endless ocean 2

I did this same thing for the newest resident evil wii title and it was more or less accurate.

So endless ocean 2 will actually be the unofficial fourth game in the series.

So far history has shown us that AKIRA is slowly figuring out how to create a well rounded gaming experience.

Everblue (ps2 - 2002): 41.56% on gamerankings.com

Everblue 2 (ps2 - 2003): 58.57%

Endless Ocean (wii - 2008): 73.08%

Endless Ocean (wii -2010): tba  (Famitsu scored Endless Ocean 2 36 out of 40)

So, is there anyone hyped for this newest game?

I am actually very excited about this game. The first one was good, but not good enough ( the on - boat graphics sucked ). As far as I know EO2 is way better than the first so I will probably pick this game up when it arrives here in Europe.

I loved Endless Ocean. Great relaxing title to just chill with. So far this one looks better than the first in every way and now the sharks are actually dangerous (but easily subdued) too

nope, not my style, hope it does well.

Seems unusual, so I may pick it up depending on reviews and price. Next year is so packed there are games that I will definitely buy ahead of EO2, but I am very tempted by it.

It is my most anticipated game (though with the new videos of No More Heroes 2 it may lose a place for the next VGC Most Wanted (see sig) )

Is Arika now a second-party developer for Nintendo?
It seems weird for a Capcom-published PS2 series to become a Nintendo-published series on the Wii. But more to the point, all of this company's work the last 3 years has been on Nintendo platforms.

I am Mario.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

@mike_intellivision Well that's not a bad thing isn't it ? As far as I know Arika's a fairly good developer. That's what the Wii needs actually.

not my type of game, more power to the people who enjoy those types of games

I always kinda wanted the first one, but something else would catch my wallet first. I'm not going to miss this second chance!
