The margin between DS and PSP is epic! 1,7 million vs 294,000, that´s a difference in favor of DS at almost 1,4 million. Has DS ever owned PSP to such a large degree? I think it´s probably time for the PSP2 to be released next year.

No, the PS3 is about right because those numbers include Canada+Mexico which is about 10%.

Well aside for blatant disagreements, we usually don't adjust just because NPD puts out different numbers.  Although sometimes we will make minor adjustments based off of it, NPD is just a comparison not a final word haha.  VGC is pretty confident in its American numbers.  Although we did seem to take MS, Ninty, and Sony BF week sales pretty strongly although its quite obvious NPD internal numbers aren't necessarily agreeing with them.  But hey that's not for me to decide. 

I do expect some minor adjustments but this happens all the time and not just because of NPD but we do compare though.

Huge 360 sales; 4 weeks for the price of 5 weeks.

NPD, BF, VGC... it's oscillating so much... I wonder how America will settle post-holiday season.

Why is it so amazing the 360 could beat the PS3 in the US? if it wasn't for that whole BF thing, it was an easy prediction. What most are forgetting especially ps3 FANS, 710k for the PS3 in America, I don't think they've done that well ever.

PS3 is doing fine Leo, better than ever before.

Regardless of what people think of the numbers, good job on VGC's part. Except for DS and 360 everything is within margin of their estimates. Particularly impressive with how hard it is to track numbers accurately this time of year.

I guess BF sales were correct but 360 sales for previous week were too low .... or PS3 sales too high. will check later

If we´re talking about adjustments then I believe DS is the most undertracked. 250k is quite a big number so maybe that should be adjusted?
