Is there a difference in using AdBlock and never clicking on an ad? Because even with it off I just close them out or ignore them

If the ad loads on the page, ioi gets monies.

personally I stopped using adblock... but I have NoScripted a couple of the advert websites that load here whenever they do something suspicious, i'm all for letting them give ioi money, but not if I get attacked.

edit:Quantcast seems to focus solely on web patterns from US citizens, no wonder we don't register on that (similarly as other - even bigger - sites from this part of the world) / unless I'm reading their site wrongly, but still, I'm not lying about our numbers.
