IGN: http://wii.ign.com/articles/776/776038p1.html 7.0 Any others yet? I've come to think there's not enough people working on the controls of the Wii games. At least Nintendo has showed the way with Warioware and other games with great controls. With the shift of resources and more standardized controls, I expect great 3rd party games in 2008.

Oddly enough it's EA that's given the Wii the most support (with best controls in games) since launch. :)

The funny thing is that they thought that it played better than the ps2 version, but gave it a worse score. Must say that I don't understand much of game journalism.

Read the review "Medal of Honor Vanguard was clearly designed for PlayStation 2 and upgraded for Wii. Games developed in this manner have a tendency to show barely-tweaked visuals and tacked on controls, but Vanguard looks notably sharper and plays significantly better on Nintendo's system. I've scored it lower than our sister site, though, because Wii is simply capable of so much more. Vanguard arrives on PS2 at the end of its life cycle, but it comes to Wii at the beginning and it barely scratches the surface of what's really possible. "

Still, don't make sense, that's just a excuse if you ask me, that's just a reason to give the Wii version a lower score, I've never heard of a game having better graphics and better gameplay elements but still being scored lower that's just dumb. It doesn't matter about the life cycle of the system I bet the PS3 version would have been rated higher than the PS2 version.

It makes perfect sense actually. IGN is divided into channels. Each of which has its own editors and reviewers. In other words, the editor that reviewed the PS2 version isn't the same guy as the one that reviewed the Wii game. The IGN Nintendo guys have always been more difficult scorers than the other channels. Now if it was the same reviewer for both games, I'd be in agreement with you Alacrist.

Its no big deal Alacrist. Matt Casamassina of IGNWii reviewed the Wii game and Greg Miller of IGNPS2 reviewed the PS2 game.
