Lol i badly need them too.
I went to bed at 11 yesterday (which is early for me) and set my alarm for 10am. Well I hit the snooze button about 5 times and eventually got up around 11:30. I have to stop doing that
Simply wake up really early and go to run, do this for a week, then wake up at the time you want
