Nice stats.

Impressive to see Metroid stabilise, RE4 pick up so much - and hardware in general increase.

After a slow start, Carnival has sold almost 200k - in the US alone. Be interesting to see if EA Playground has a similar success.

MySims is selling decently after all - similar level to Carnival games.

Boogie nowhere to be seen. Mario Party 8 still doing great figures. Apart from WiiSport/Play, it might end up being the best selling Wii title (may outsell Zelda by some time next year!).

Going to be a lot of activity in the coming weeks - with so many new releases.

I was in a shop of the biggest retailer in Germany and saw their Wii charts. You won't believe me what was #2: Boogie.

Boogie is in the top 10 all over Europe.

Mediamarkt > Saturn

(i got my metroid copy for 46 euros from a mediamarkt!!)

@Ben: which one is bigger, Saturn or Mediamarkt?

Mediamarkt, way more shops and sales volume, but basicly thats the same company, just 2 diffrent names.

Boogie is doing pretty good here in Europe. Americans probably don't like these kind of games, bet here they're big.
Singstar is one of the most important franchises here.

MySims is also in the top 10 all the time. So EA is doing ok in Europe.

Here in Holland Wii is still sold out most of the time (though not as crazy as in the States)

Anyone know if that X360 Buzz-clone will be localized? It could sell a lot around here

What's with the Wii love for anime games?

I think it's partially a) a lack of competition, but also b) those are both actually good anime fighters.

Trivial Purisute ? That movie question game. Yes it will, but i have my doubt. That game was never the hit in Europe, don't know why a computerized version should be.

Thanks very much Ben. I'm looking forward to seeing how Z&W do in the next few weeks.

I meant "Scene It?". As for your other comments, I don't understand what you mean. Trivial Pursuit was, and is, a hit all over Europe (and the world).

With "localized" I meant that it should be translated to the local language and some questions about local movies etc added.
