In addition, your use of the Service is subject to your compliance with the Code of Conduct (www.xbox.com/zh-SG/live/codeofconduct.htmand its successors).  You agree that we may also discontinue your access to the Service if you do any of the following while connected to the Service:

Create a Gamertag, avatar or use text in other profile fields that may offend other members.  This includes comments that look, sound like, stand for, hint at, abbreviate, or insinuate or relate to any of the following: profane words/phrases,topics or content of a sexual nature.

and a quick google search from February of 2009:

"The stated intention of Microsoft's policy is to prevent abusive language, something that Toulouse acknowledges isn't the case with either the Gaywood or Teresa incidents. His team now understands, he said, that they need to find a way to at let people express things like sexual orientation in ways that can't be abused. "

It clearly shows the woman may have a case and all of the people screaming about TOS need to look into things and see MSFT apparently acknowledged it should be okay for sexual preference to be displayed and their flawed system thats in place for banning a man with "gay" in his name.

Seriously, its like people screaming TOS just read one person and then start repeating in defense of MSFT without even looking into it.

So basically MSFT is saying. If one person is offended at the word lesbian its bannable? Wrong, i posted another link where the rulings have been viewed by MSFT as being subpar and needing correction.

MSFT even states the intent of the rule was not what people are using it for in this thread and they were supposed to correct it.

So they just lied to get by the blowing storm, please dont report me i didnt insinuate, abbreviate, hint, sound like look, or stand for, anything sexual by "blowing"

No sympathy, this is just a failure to read the rules.
