Don't discuss the two services pros and cons. PSN as gone a long way to what it is right now, so as LIVE.

But is the PSN superior to LIVE already? Just YES or NO.

No I tried psn briefly and from my brief experience

They're equal.

However the PSN is free, and is therefore better.

If you count the free vs monthly charge I will say PSN is better.

If you are just talking about the services themselves, ignoring any costs, I would assume 360 is still leading the pack.

no, its not but at the same time considering all the the things you get from the psn when its free, its a pretty good deal that no one should complain about.

Im sorry, but im breaking the rules of this thread. In all honesty.. the things people clinch to, and what seperates these two services is that PSN is Free - 360 got Cross Voice Chat. That the only "real" difference. The rest is just icing on the cake for both services.

If XBL becomes Free.. people will go "Yeah! Now you got nothing on us"
If PSN gets Cross Game Voice Chat people will go "Yeah! Now you got nothing on us"

And thats that.. that the fundamental "issue" in this matter.

We consider everything. Even the fuel cost that you need to go in your car to walmart to buy your LIVE subscritption once a year.

If you count value, PSN (b/c its free) but without any costs etc, LIVE is still a bit better
