Consumers that would be comparing Wii to Kinect will be looking at the $200 Wii bundle vs the $300 360S bundle with Kinect. Frankly the $300 360 S bundle is a better choice unless you want Nintendo games.  If you wanted Nintendo games you have a Wii already.

Consumers that will be looking at the $150 Kinect already have a 360.

Expect the Wii Bundle to be at 149 $ in a few weeks...

Prediction but it makes a lot of sense.

They would literally interdict Kinect an PS Move casuals' interest with such a price cut.

What I suspected. No real basis in reality.



Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

whether or not xbox360 wins this generation won't have anything to do with kinect.

Forgot about this thread. Kinect's American launch alone was enough to put 360 on top worldwide. Looking to be huge in Europe too. GT5 is a threat but I think Kinect will be on a lot of people's Black Friday shopping lists.

Overall, by the looks of things Microsoft has the rest of the year on lock and soon enough Wii will go back to its usual crappy non-holiday sales. That's all I can say for now.

uuuuuuuuuuh no :P I dont know about nintendo as i dont realy read much into them since...well i dont like them XD (i used to love them, but these days they seem to be more consirned about money and sales then good games). As for Sony they have plently of things they could do with the PS3 to boost its sales. My main worry for kinect is that when compared to Move its not very compatable. By this i meen Move can be put into just about any PS3 games, weather that be for motion controles or just to be used as a normal controler. Kinect is much more limeted in this since it only does motion control. Thats just my opinion anyways
